CUET admission test held peacefully

CHATTOGRAM, Feb 1, 2025 (BSS)- Admission test for first-year honours course of session 2024-25 was held peacefully in Chattogram University of Engineering & Technology (CUET) on Saturday.

The admission test was held in two sessions, first from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm while the freehand drawing tests were held from 12.45 pm to 1:45 pm respectively," said Rashedul Hasan, public relations officer (PRO) of CUET.

Apart from the CUET campus, the test was conducted at four more sub-centers-- Chattogram College, Haji Muhammad Mohsin College, Kazem Ali School and College and Chattogram Cantonment Public School and College-- in the port city.
 
A total of 20,122 admission seekers appeared in the test against 931 seats.

Chairman of the Admission Test Committee Prof Sudip Kumar Paul told that admission test held peacefully and the results will be announced within one week next.

Admission processing will begin after one month. Detailed information about the admission tests will be available on the university's website, he added.
