COX’S BAZAR, Feb 17, 2025 (BSS) - Religious Affairs Adviser Dr. A. F. M. Khalid Hossain today said practicing religion purifies hearts as when one is engrossed in religious practice, his or her minds remain free from impurities.

He said these while inaugurating a newly built Upazila Model Mosque and Islamic Cultural Centre at Barbakia Bazar in Pekua Upazila here.

Khalid said the more mosques are built the more Muslims will be created and the more people rush towards prayers, the more crime-free society will be built.
