DHAKA, Sept 8, 2026 (BSS) - Leaders of Rajshahi metropolitan unit of BNP and its associate organizations have extended heartfelt greetings and congratulations to BNP Acting Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi.

Leaders of the unit and its associate organizations visited the BNP central office at Naya Paltan today to greet and congratulate newly appointed Acting Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi with a bouquet.

Rajshahi metropolitan BNP President Mamun Ur Rashid Mamun, Rajshahi City Corporation Administrator and Rajshahi metropolitan BNP General Secretary Mahfuzur Rahman Riton, its Vice Presidents Aslam Sarkar, Waliul Haque Rana, Advocate Ali Ashraf Masum, Shafiqul Islam Shafiq, Muktar Hossain and Zainal Abedin Shibli, and member Advocate Mainul Ahsan Panna, among others, were present.

During the exchange of greetings, the leaders said Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has earned the trust and acceptance of BNP leaders and activists through his long political struggle, organizational skills, sacrifice and uncompromising leadership. They said his appointment as Acting Secretary General would make the party more organized, dynamic and stronger.

They also wished him good health, long life and success and expressed their determination to work unitedly under his leadership to further accelerate the party’s organizational activities.
