DHAKA, Jan 15, 2025 (BSS) - The Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) today distributed warm clothes among 700 helpless and poor people in old Dhaka's Nawabganj Park area.

"The BGB's Dhaka Battalion (26 BGB) distributed warm clothes among 700 destitute and under-privileged people at the Nawabganj Park in the capital," said a BGB release.

Deputy-Commandant of 26 BGB Battalion Major Abrar Al Mehbub, Border Guard Hospital Deputy Commandant Major Md Ferdous Islam, Dhaka Battalion's Assistant Director Beg Abdullah Al-Masum and ICT Battalion's Assistant Director M Shahjahan were present on the occasion.

Besides, BGB soldiers of various ranks and journalists of print and electronic media were present on the occasion, the BGB release added.
