Two-day teacher training workshop begins at British Council

DHAKA, Feb 14, 2025 (BSS) – A two-day conference titled "Remaining Language Education: AI, Human 

Agency and Digital Learning Environment" began today at the British Council, jointly organized by the 

Tesla Society of Bangladesh and the British Council. Professor Dr. Mamun Ahmed, Pro-Vice Chancellor (Education) of Dhaka University, graced the event 

as the chief guest and officially inaugurated the workshop, said a press release.
The event was chaired by Professor Dr. Saidur Rahman, President of the Tesla Society of Bangladesh 

and Professor at Dhaka University’s Modern Language Institute, who is also the Director General of the National Education Management System (NAEM).

Other notable speakers included - Md. Zulfikar Haider, Member of the National Curriculum and 
Textbook Board, Professor Rabiul Kabir Chowdhury, and David Knox, Director (Programmes) of the British Council Bangladesh.
