Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judge Md Zakir Hossain Galib passed the order, allowing a plea of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

Of the immovable properties, the 16 shops are at Great Wall Shopping Mall in the city's Sadarghat area, a six-storied building at Jatrabari and the plot in the same area.

The ACC in its plea said a case has already been filed against the Jubo League leader for hiding information of wealth of Taka 25.52 lakh in his wealth statement and amassing illegal wealth of Taka 1.47 crore and keeping those under his possession.

"The accused is trying to hand over or sell the properties and these should be attached," the plea said.
