DHAKA, March 18, 2025 (BSS)- Bangladesh Navy and police in a joint drive arrested a drug peddler with a firearm from Leda Tower area in Teknaf upazila of Cox’s Bazar district last night. 

Acting on a tip-off, a team of the joint force raided the house of Jahangir and arrested him with the firearm and ammunition, said an ISPR press release here today.

They also recovered a firearm, three rounds of bullet and six country-made weapons from his possession. 

He was handed over to Teknaf Thana police for further legal actions.
