BNP will win next national election: Kaikobad

DHAKA, March 23, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Vice Chairman Kazi Shah Mofazzal Hossain Kaikobad said BNP will win the next parliamentary election as the people of the country are with the party.

"BNP will form the government after facing all forms of conspiracies," he said while virtually addressing an iftar mahfil at Akbarpur union of Muradpur Upzila as the chief guest yesterday.

Kaikobad, however, asked the party leaders and activists to remain alert against any conspiracy.

He said, "People belonging to Awami League are active in disguise. ... Multifaceted conspiracies are now being carried out in the country but it won't be effective," he said.

Kaikobad also former state minister for religious affairs said those who are plotting conspiracies would not succeed, referring to previous conspiracies that went in vein.

He asked the BNP leaders and activists to keep patience until the national election, reminding their sufferings that they had faced for last 17 years during the Hasina regime.

Muradnagar upazila BNP convener and former chairman Mahiuddin Anjan presided over the programme while Cumilla north district BNP convening committee member Nayan Master moderated the function.

Leaders and activists of Cumilla district and upazila units of BNP and its affiliated organisations spoke at the event, among others.
