DHAKA, Mar 26, 2025 (BSS) – National University (NU) Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Dr ASM Amanullah paid glowing tributes to the martyrs of the War of Liberation by placing wreath at the National Memorial in Savar this morning marking the Independence and National Day.
After paying tributes, he stood there in solemn silence for some time as a mark of profound respect for the martyrs, a press release said.
The VC was accompanied by the University's Pro VC Professor Md Lutfar Rahman, Pro VC Professor Dr Md Nurul Islam, Treasurer Professor Dr ATM Zafrul Azam, Deans (Acting) of various faculties, Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Heads of Departments of various departments of the University, teachers, officers, students and employees.
