DHAKA, Sept 1, 2025 (BSS) - In the nationwide ongoing crackdown against the criminals to maintain the law and order, the police in the last 24 hours arrested 1222 more crime suspects and seized three foreign pistols and ammunition.

According to the Police Headquarters, 799 of them were netted in previous cases and outstanding warrants and 423 others were nabbed on various criminal charges. 

One 9mm foreign pistol, two foreign pistols, two magazines, 12 rounds of bullet, two Chinese axes and three knives were seized during the operation.
