CHATTOGRAM, Dec 5, 2025 (BSS) - A discussion meeting on “Free mass media and future challenges” under the auspices of Chattogram Press Club (CPC) will be held tomorrow (Sunday). 

The discussion is scheduled to begin at 3 pm at S Rahman Hall of the CPC. 

Managing Director and Chief Editor of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Mahbub Morshed will attend the event as chief guest while Vice Chancellor of Premier University, Chattogram Prof  S M Nasrul Quadir as special guest. 

Prof. Shahidul Haque, Associate Professor of Communication and Journalism department of Chattogram University (CU) will spoke as chief discussant while Prof Ali R Raji, also a teacher of CU Communication and Journalism department, will present the concept paper.
 
Academics and professional leaders including CPC Member Secretary Zahidul Karim Kachi, President of Chattogram District Bar Association Advocate Abdus Satter, Asst Professor of CU Communication and Journalism department Saima Alam and Ctg Divisional President of AEB Eng. 

Selim Md Jane Alam will take part in the discussion.
