DHAKA, Sept 07, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has stood beside Rana, a child suffering from a rare disease called 'occipital encephalocele'.

As per the directive of Tarique Rahman, BNP's Health Affairs Assistant Secretary Dr Parvez Reza Kakon visited child Rana, 7, at National Institute of Neuroscience Hospital yesterday (Saturday). 

DAB leaders Dr AZM Saifuddin Babu, Dr Kazi Shah Bulbul Islam, Dr Mohammad Abdullah Al Matin, Dr Russell Hossain, Chhatra Dal leaders Dr Iftekhar Hasan Talukder and Dr Sajib Sarkar, among others, were present on the occasion.
