Air chief returns home after UAE visit

DHAKA, Nov 22, 2025 (BSS) - Chief of Air Staff of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) Air Chief Marshal Hasan Mahmood Khan has returned home, after wrapping up a five-day official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), an ISPR press release said here today.

The air chief went to the gulf country on November 16 at the invitation of his counterpart while during the visit he took part in the Dubai International Air Chiefs’ Conference (DIACC) 2025 and Dubai Air Show 2025.

The ISPR said the Khan held talks and exchanged views with his Commander of the UAE Air Force & Air Defence and counterparts of other countries who joined the conference.

It said the Bangladeshi air chief also exchanged views with senior military and civilian officials of various countries attending the DIACC on matters of mutual interest.

“The air chief’s visit would further strengthen the cordial ties between Bangladesh and the UAE paving ways for expanded professional cooperation,” the ISPR statement said.
