DHAKA, Jan 23, 2026 (BSS) – The Directorate of Primary Education (DPE) has announced that viva examinations for the recruitment of assistant teachers in government primary schools will be held from January 28 to February 3.

Candidates shortlisted based on the 2025 written examination must submit attested copies of required documents, including photographs, national identity cards and educational certificates, to their respective District Primary Education Offices by January 27 and collect a receipt.

Candidates are required to bring all original documents along with the receipt on the day of the viva examination. Detailed schedules will be available on the websites and notice boards of the respective district offices.
