Receptions for  freshers', meritorious students held at Rajshahi IHT

RAJSHAHI, Sept 5, 2026 (BSS)- A  reception for freshers' and meritorious students was held at theInstitute of health Technology (IHT) in the city  with the initiative of Bangladesh Jatiotabadi Chhatra Dal .

The program was organized at the auditorium of IHT this morning.

Land Minister Mizanur Rahman Minu, MP, was present at the grand event as chief guest.
The event was inaugurated by the Administrator of Rajshahi City Corporation and General Secretary of Rajshahi Metropolitan BNP, Mahfuzur Rahman Riton.

The chief speaker at the event was Mamunur Rashid Mamun, President of Rajshahi Metropolitan BNP.

At the event, new students were welcomed with flowers and the meritorious students were felicitated.

During function, the speakers said that the new students of IHT must build themselves as skilled and humane health workers by studying with sincerity, discipline, and attention.

The success of meritorious students will inspire others. The speakers called upon the students to use their talent and skills for the welfare of the country and its people.

Vice-President of the DAB Central Committee Dr Mofakhkharul Islam, Principal of I.H.T Dr. Md. Mirza Wasi Parvez and General Secretary of DAB Rajshahi District Dr Monowar Tarik Sabu were present as special guests.

Teachers, students, guardians of I.H.T, and leaders and activists of Chhatra Dal including affiliated and associate organizations of BNP were present at the event.
