Int'l Rating Chess to begin Saturday

DHAKA, March 11, 2025 (BSS)-WALTON International Rating Chess tournament, will begin Saturday (March 15) at Bangladesh Chess Federation hall-room, said a press release. 

Sponsored by the WALTON Hi-Tech Industries PLC, the tournament is open event for all chess players.

The intending players have been asked enroll their names on or before Friday (March 14) at Bangladesh Chess Federation office with prescribed entry fees. 

The event will be held in nine round Swiss-League system and winners of the event will be awarded with total Taka one lac fifty thousand cash prizes and Walton gifts.
