DHAKA, March 7, 2026 (BSS) - Bandarban Under-17 District team thrashed Khagrachari Under-17 District team by 5-0 goals in a Karnaphuli zone match of the U-17 National Football Championship held at Bandarban district Stadium today (Sunday).

In the proceeding, Jad Marma scored a brace in the 75th and 85th minutes while Thowai Marma, Antojoy Tripura and Monong Marma supported him with a lone goal each in the 79th, 82nd and 90+3rd minutes respectively in the one-sided affairs.

In the day’s second match, Rangamati Under-17 District team split point with Chittagong Under-17 District team when their match ended in a 1-1 goal draw also held at the same venue.

After the barren first half, Sabit Khan put Rangamati ahead in the 75th minute while Abu Raihan restored the parity for Chittagong in the 76th minute of the match.
