Peace on Korean peninsula a shared 'responsibility': FM Cho

TOKYO, March 22, 2025 (BSS/AFP) - The foreign ministers of Japan, South Korea and China agreed Saturday that peace on the Korean peninsula is a shared responsibility, Seoul's Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul said.

"We reaffirmed that maintaining peace and stability on the Korean peninsula is a shared interest and responsibility of the three countries," Cho told reporters in Tokyo after trilateral talks.
