Remittance inflow witnesses 14.4pc growth till Oct 11

DHAKA, Oct 12, 2025 (BSS) - Inflow of remittances witnessed 14.4 percent (pc) growth, reaching US$8,573 million during the period from July 1 to October 11, 2025 which was $7,497 million during the same period of the previous fiscal  year.

According to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued here today, expatriates sent remittances of $988 million during the first 11 days of October, which was $954 million in the same period of the previous fiscal.
