Joint forces recover firearms, ammunitions in Rajshahi

RAJSHAHI, Feb 14, 2025 (BSS)- A Joint force recovered firearms and ammunition during an anti-crime operation at Pakianpara village under Charghat Upazila in the district last night.
 
"A team of joint forces conducted a raid at Pakianpara village around 1.30 am and recovered a foreign pistol, three one-shooter guns, one magazine, eight rounds of bullets and 3.50 kilograms of explosives used for making hand bombs", a RAB press release said.

The firearms and explosives were stockpiled for creating an unstable situation.
 
The seized arms and ammunition were handed over to Chargaht Police Station, the release added.
