HABIGANJ, Feb 22, 2025 (BSS) - A woman was killed in a road accident in
Poddarbari area of Sadar upazila here this morning.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

The accident took place when a pickup van hit the woman on Habiganj-
Shayestaganj road around 7 am, leaving her injured critically on the spot,
said Alamgir Kabir, officer-in-charge (OC) of Habiganj Sadar Model Police
Station.

The wounded woman was admitted to Habiganj Sadar Hospital where she succumbed
to her injuries, the OC added.
