RAJSHAHI, March 4, 2025 (BSS) - A college student was killed on the spot as his motorbike collided head-on with a human hauler at Belna crossing area under Mohanpur Upazila in Rajshahi district today.

The deceased was identified as Abul Basher, 18, son of Babul Hossain of Bahadurpur village under the same upazila. He was a student of eleven classes of a local college.

Nawshad Ali, Sub Inspector of Mohanpur Police Station, said Abul Basher met the tragic road accident while he was to attend a computer training class around 11.30am.

On information, police rushed to the spot and recovered the body.

However, the driver of the human hauler managed to escape leaving his vehicle, Nawshad Ali said.
