Medical camp held marking BNP 47th founding anniversary in Naogaon

NAOGAON, Sept 3, 2025 (BSS) - A free medical camp was held today at Shikarpur Union Parishad premises in Sadar upazila marking the 47th founding anniversary of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).

A total of 12 physicians, led by Dr. Iskender Ali, district president of the Doctors Association of Bangladesh (DAB), provided medical treatment to local residents.

Around 20 types of medicines were distributed free of cost among the patients.

Shikarpur Union, a remote area of Sadar upazila, around 500 poor and underprivileged people benefited from the free healthcare services. 

District BNP President Abu Bakkar Siddique Nannu, Jubo Dal convener Masud Haider Tip, and other BNP leaders and activists were present during the event.

Speaking on the occasion, District BNP President Abu Bakkar Siddique Nannu said that various programmes have been undertaken over six days to mark the party's founding anniversary. As part of the celebration, the free medical camp was organized on the third day.
