MADARIPUR, Sept 3, 2025 (BSS) - A motorcyclist was killed in a road accident on the Dhaka-Bhanga Expressway at Shibchar upazila of the district this morning.

The deceased was Mashiur Rahman, 40, son of Mostafizur Rahman of Burir Hat area in ??Barishal district.

The accident took place around 10 am in Bandarkhola area when a motorcycle hit a road divider as its rider lost control of the bike. He died on the spot.

Mashiur Rahman was returning home from Dhaka.
