GAIBANDHA, Sept 8, 2025 (BSS)- Gobindaganj Highway Thana Police recovered a
body of an unidentified person from the side of Rangpur-Bogura Highway in
Kalitala area under Gobindaganj upazila here this morning.
According to the police, locals found the body at the side of the highway in
an abandoned condition this morning and informed them.
A team of the Gobindaganj Highway Thana Police rushed to the spot, recovered
the body and sent it to Gaibandha General Hospital morgue.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of the Highway thana Md. Moazzem Hossain said
the victim might have been killed after being hit by an unidentified vehicle
on the highway.
The body could not be properly identified as it was severely damaged in the
road accident, he added.
