CHATTOGRAM, Sept 20, 2025 (BSS)- Chattogram Metropolitan Police (CMP) has organised a three-day special training workshop for its personnel to ensure 
smooth performance of election duties.
 
CMP Commissioner Hasib Aziz inaugurated the workshop at the In-Service 
Training Center on Saturday.
 
"Police officers of different ranks participated in the event. The course 
will be effective in preparing police personnel to handle any law and order 
situation successfully during the national polls," the CMP Commissioner said 
while speaking as the chief guest at the event.

He emphasized that serving duties during the national polls is a source of 
pride and it's a significant responsibility for police personnel. 
 
"Police play a crucial role in ensuring fair, peaceful, and credible 
elections. The training will enhance your professional skills, patience, and 
decision-making abilities," Hasib Aziz added.
 
While addressing the occasion, he highlighted the importance of performing 
duties with dedication, honesty, and professionalism during the upcoming 
elections. 
 
"Building trust with the public is essential for our success," he said, 
adding that the Training sessions will include electoral responsibility 
strategies, public relations and crisis management, use of technology, and 
law and order.

CMP Additional Police Commissioner Md. Humayun Kabir and other senior 
officials attended the event, among others.
