BANDARBAN, Oct 18, 2025 (BSS) - A free medical camp was organized in the district today on the occasion of Tarunya Utsav 2025 by the Bandarban Municipality. 

Bandarban Deputy Commissioner Shamim Ara Rini inaugurated the medical camp on the premises of Bandarban Municipality as the chief guest this morning.

Bandarban Municipality Administrator SM Manjurul Haque presided over the programme. 

Bandarban Hill District Council member Advocate Abul Kalam, Municipality Chief Executive Officer Faizur Rahman, Dr. Nurul Islam Fahim, Municipality Accounts Officer Md. Nurul Amin Chowdhury Arman, Administrative Officer Karuna Kanti Baro-ya and others were present. 

During the event, patients were given eye treatment and various medicines free of cost at the camp.
