Snakebite kills farmer in Rajbari

RAJBARI, Nov 06, 2025 (BSS) - A farmer died of snakebite in Kalukhali upazila of the Rajbari district today.

The victim was Badsha Mia, 40, son of Badar Uddin, inhabitant of Char Krishna Nagar village of the upazila.

Locals said a venomous snake bit Badsha this morning at a pond near his residence. 

Later, they rescued him and sent to the upazila health complex where the on duty doctor declared him dead.

Pangsha Thana OC Jahidur Rahman confirmed the incident.
