RCC Administrator exchanges views with Div Commissioner

RAJSHAHI, June 7, 2026 (BSS) - Rajshahi City Corporation (RCC) Administrator Mahfuzur Rahman Riton today paid a courtesy call on Rajshahi Divisional Commissioner Dr A.N.M. Bazlur Rashid and exchanged views on development and administrative issues.

The meeting was held at the office of the divisional commissioner in a cordial atmosphere, where they discussed mutual administrative activities, coordination of development programmes and ways to make public service delivery more dynamic and effective.

Additional Divisional Commissioners Rezaul Alam Sarker and Habibur Rahman, RCC Chief Executive Officer Md Rezaul Karim, Secretary Sohel Rana and other officials were present at the meeting.

During the discussion, they stressed the need for coordinated efforts to accelerate development activities in Rajshahi and ensure better services for residents.

Meanwhile, General Manager of Janata Bank's Rajshahi Divisional Office Jahangir Hossain Joarder paid a courtesy call on RCC Administrator Mahfuzur Rahman Riton at Nagar Bhaban.

The meeting discussed banking operations, expansion of banking services and various areas of mutual cooperation.

Among others, Janata Bank Rajshahi Area Office Deputy General Manager Atiqur Rahman, Kadirganj Branch Manager Ananda Kumar Prang, Ranibazar Branch Manager Samiran Kumar Ghosh, Mohila Branch Manager Mohammad Golam Mostafa and other officials of the Rajshahi Area Office attended the meeting.
