Youth Festival-2025 celebrated in Thakurgaon

THAKURGAON, Jan 30, 2025 (BSS) – On the occasion of Youth Festival 2025, a colorful march was held in the district today participated by youth entrepreneurs, self-employed workers and youthorganizations. 

Organized by the District Administration and Youth Development Department, Thakurgaon the march started at 11:30 am from the office premises of the Deputy Commissioner and paraded through different city streets.

The march was led by Deputy Commissioner Israt Farzana and Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) Soleman Ali.

Later, a discussion meeting was held in the meeting room of the Deputy Commissioner.

The discussion was arranged with the theme 'Let's change the country, change the world', marking the Youth Festival 2025 with the aim of building a new prosperous Bangladesh, free from all sorts of discrimination and injustice.

At the meeting, the speakers said the innovative power of youth is one of the driving forces for the country's development. They said, "Everyone's participation is essential to realize the dream of changing the society." 

The main objective of the event was to involve the youth in the development of the country through social development, poverty alleviation and employment. 

The march has created enthusiasm and excitement among people from all walks of life in the district.
