DHAKA, Feb 5, 2025 (BSS) - The final round of Festival of Youth Archery competition will be held on Saturday (Feb 8) at Paltan ground in the capital. 

The Bangladesh Archery Federation (BAF) has successfully completed archery program on occasion of Festival of Youth at eight district and division venues across the country with a slogan of "Let's Change the Country, Change the World." 

Talking to BSS today (Wednesday), BAF general secretary Kazi Razib Uddin Ahmed Chapal said they want to organize the final round of the archery in Dhaka in grand manner.

He said like the programs of district phase, the final wound programs would be included rally, archery competition, voluntary blood donation and winter 'pithapuli'

The BAF general secretary informed that apart from the general archers, archers of the first, second and third place prize holders of the eight district teams would take part in the day-long meet.

Youth and Sports Secretary Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuyain is expected to present in the final round of the Festival of Youth archery as the chief guest, he added. 

Earlier, the BAF celebrated the Festival of Youth program in Nilphamari, Faridpur,archery training center in Gazipur, Khubjipur of Natore, Chuadanga, Narail, Rajshahi and Chattogram venues across the country.
