Bridges division to get Tk. 6,022cr in budget

DHAKA, June 02, 2025 (BSS) - Finance Adviser Dr Salehuddin Ahmed today proposed allocation of Taka 6,022 crore for the bridges division under the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges as he unveiled the budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal.

According to the proposed budget documents Taka 10 crore Taka and Taka 6,012 crore were proposed for the operational development purposes of the division.

According to the budget document, the allocation of the FY2025-2026 is Taka 1,296 lower and Taka 167 crore more that the revised budget of the outgoing fiscal.
