Media Reform Commission submits report to Chief Adviser

DHAKA, March 22, 2025 (BSS) - The Media Reform Commission today submitted its report to Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus at the State Guest House Jamuna here.

"A 11-member team of the commission, led by its chief Kamal Ahmed, handed over the report to the chief adviser," CA's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam told a press briefing outside the State Guest House Jamuna this afternoon. 

He said the report was discussed in detail during its handover ceremony. 

Prof Yunus wanted to know about what reform initiatives should be taken immediately in media, he said. 

The press secretary hoped that some reform initiatives could be taken in media soon.

Commission chief Kamal Ahmed was present at the press briefing.
