DHAKA, Mar 25, 2026 (BSS) – The Cabinet Division has issued a gazette reassigning and redistributing the responsibilities of the Council of Ministers.

According to a notification signed by Cabinet Secretary Nasimul Ghani, the changes were made following earlier gazettes issued on February 17, March 4, and March 12, 2026, which outlined the allocation and redistribution of ministries among the Prime Minister, ministers, and state ministers.

Under the new arrangement, Mohammad Aminur Rashid has been assigned the responsibilities of the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock as well as the Ministry of Agriculture.

Meanwhile, Md. Abdul Bari, State Minister for Public Administration, has been given additional responsibility as State Minister for the Ministry of Food.

This means he will now serve in both roles concurrently.
