Shilpakala Academy hosting band music festival in six districts

DHAKA, Jan 28, 2025 (BSS) – The Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy is hosting the vibrant band music festival titled ‘Bolo Bir - Ami Chiro-Unnoto Shir’ in six districts as part of its month-long arrangement marking Youth Festival 2025.

The festival began on January 10, 2025, in Netrokona with a successful event that drew significant local participation, said a press release today.

Upcoming events are scheduled in Rangpur on January 29, Munshiganj on February 1,  Narail on February 4, Barguna on February 8, and Rajshahi on February 13, 2025—all starting at 4 PM. 

This nationwide celebration aims to honor the energy, enthusiasm, and potential of youth through various cultural programs at district, divisional, and central levels. 

Organized by the music, dance, and recitation department of the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, the festival seeks to showcase the cultural vitality of the nation’s youth.

 All events are open to the public seeking widespread participation and community engagement.
