Apostil method important for higher education abroad

RAJSHAHI, Feb 12, 2025 (BSS) - Speakers at a training workshop today viewed that certificate attesting online through apostil method is very important for those who are pursuing higher education and job abroad.
 
Connecting with foreign world through launching the apostil method is the epoch-making step of the country. In phases, all the government and non-government universities, medical college and engineering institutes will be brought under the modern method. 
 
High-ranking government officials and academics made the observation while addressing the opening day's sessions of a today workshop titled "apostille.mygov.bd" at Rajshahi University (RU).
 
Mahmudul Hossain Khan, Secretary (Coordination and Reformation) of the Cabinet Division, addressed the meeting as chief guest with RU Pro-vice-chancellor Prof Mayeen Uddin in the chair.

A total of 18 teachers and officers from Rajshahi Medical University, Varendra University, North Bengal International University, Khaza Younus Ali University, Bangladesh Army University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi Science and Technology University and the host Rajshahi University (RU joined the workshop.
 
Mahmudul Hossain Khan said the users can save time, labour, money and sufferings if they attest their certificate through the apostil method.
 
Besides, they can free them from various hurdles related to attest certificate in various embassies, ministries and offices through the method.
 
RU Pro-vice-chancellor Prof Mayeen said attesting certificates and other documents manually for higher education and jobs overseas is very difficult.

He, however, said attesting certificates and transcripts of the job-seeking people and the students for higher study abroad after the best use of apostille.mygov.bd portal is very easy.
