Swiss envoy for recognizing Bangladesh's potential involving private sector

DHAKA, Feb 13, 2025 (BSS) – The Switzerland Ambassador to Bangladesh Reto Siegfried Renggli today emphasized the importance of recognizing Bangladesh's potential particularly by involving the private sectors. 

He made the remark while he met with the Foreign Secretary Ambassador Md. Jashim Uddin at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said a ministry press release here.  

During their discussion, they covered a wide range of topics related to bilateral relations, including trade and investment, development cooperation, climate change, migration, and the resolution of the Rohingya crisis.

Both sides shared a vision of promising opportunities for the future of holistic bilateral relations between Bangladesh and Switzerland as the two countries strengthened their relations across various sectors.
