DNCC Administrator visits NITOR to see July-Uprising injured

DHAKA, Feb 15, 2025 (BSS) - Administrator of the Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Mohammad Azaz visited the National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (NITOR) here to inquire physical condition of the July-Uprising injured persons on Friday, according to a press release.

Earlier, he visited the Uttarkhan area as 18 wards have been newly annexed to that area under DNCC, the release added.

During the visit, he instructed the concerned department of DNCC to demarcate and clear boundaries at three places to construct one park, one playground and one community complex.

The release said the park will be constructed next to the Termukh Bridge and the playground and a community complex will be constructed in the Amaira area of Kanchkura here.

Azaz also inspected the cleanliness and lights of the Martyred Intellectuals' Graveyard and Shah Ali Mazar area in the city's Mirpur on the occasion of the holy Shab-e-Barat last night.
