Two held with huge phensedyl in Dinajpur

RANGPUR, March 1, 2025 (BSS) - Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in a drive 
arrested two alleged drug traders with huge contraband phensedyl from 
Dharmopur Koikuri village under Biral upazila in Dinajpur district today.
 
The detained were identified as Md Zahinur Islm alias Bakul, 28, of the 
village and Md Shafiqul Islam, 34, of Islampur village under Biral upazila. 
 
"On a tip-off, the elite force conducted the drive in the area and arrested 
two persons at 7:15 am along with 431 bottles of phensedyl," said a press 
release issued here by Senior Assistant Director (Media) of RAB-13 Flight 
Lieutenant Md Saifullah Nayeem.
 
The elite force handed over the arrested persons to Biral Police Station 
today for further legal action, the releases added.
