DHAKA, March 25, 2025 (BSS) - The Supreme Court (SC) administration through a
notice today gave its clarification on "No Order" pronounced by the Chamber
Court.

Signed by Supreme Court Registrar General Dr Aziz Ahmed Bhuiyan, the notice
said orders stating "no order" are passed in various cases from the Chamber
Court of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.

"Due to the lack of a clear understanding of the real meaning of the matter,
various authorities and ordinary litigants often face difficulties. As a
result, a clarification is needed about the true meaning of 'No Order'," it
said.

"If an order is given in a case by the Chamber Court of the Appellate
Division of the Supreme Court stating 'No Order', it shall be deemed that the
remedy sought by the applicant has not been granted and the Chamber Court has
disposed of the application without any interference with the disputed order
or judgment," the notice added.
