DHAKA, March 26, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Shishu Academy today celebrated the great Independence Day and National Day with befitting manner.

Discussion and prize giving ceremony was held at the auditorium of the academy marking the day, said a press release here.

Women and children affairs ministry secretary Momtaz Ahmed addressed the discussion as the chief guest while the daily Jugantar Editor poet Abdul Hi Shikder, Jatiya Grantha Kendro director Afsana Begum, among others, spoke at the event.

Bangladesh Shishu Academy director general Dilara Begum presided over the meeting.

After the discussion, the chief guest distributed prizes and certificates among the winners of the art competition organized by the academy on the occasion of Independence Day and National Day.
