ACC decides to file graft case against ex-MP Tamal Mansur

DHAKA, March 27, 2025 (BSS) – Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has decided to file a case against Tamal Mansur, son of late Health Minister Mohammed Nasim, for acquiring wealth beyond his known sources of income.

ACC Director General (Prevention) Md Akhter Hossain disclosed it to the media today.

He said that the anti-graft commission decided to file the case against Tamal Mansur under Section 27/1 of the Anti-Corruption Commission Act, 2004 and Sections 4(2) and 4(3) of the Money Laundering Prevention Act, 2012 for amassing assets, which is inconsistent with his known of income.
