RAJSHAHI, April 13, 2025 (BSS)- Rajshahi University (RU) has modernized its process and software for issuing provisional and original certificates of different examinations.

Vice-chancellor (VC) Professor Saleh Hassan Naquib inaugurated the modernized system at the conference hall of the administration building today.

Pro-VCs Prof Mayeen Uddin and Prof Farid Uddin Khan, Treasurer Prof Matiar Rahman, Registrar Prof Iftikharul Alam Masud, Controller of Examinations Prof Hasnat Kabir and Proctor Prof Mahbubur Rahman were present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof Saleh Hassan Naquib said the graduates from now on will get certificates quickly with the modern system and that will save time of the applicants together with mitigating their harassments and sufferings.

In future, the process will be more modernized as necessary works related to making the overall examinations system time-fitting are progressing fast, he added.
 
In his remarks, Controller of Examinations Prof Hasnat Kabir said the original certificate will be delivered within five days of submission of application. Software has been updated to make the process easier, he added.
