DHAKA, Nov 4, 2025 (BSS)- To mark the birth centenary of the legendary Bengali film director Ritwik Kumar Ghatak, the Bangla Academy today arranged a seminar at its Seminar Room this afternoon,

Director General (DG) of the Bangla Academy Professor Mohammad Azam presided over the seminar.

Chairperson of the Department of Drama and Dramatics of the Jahangir Nagar University Prof. Fahmida Akter presented the main article titled "Titash Ekti Nodir Naam (1973) film: Malo Jibon-Bastobotar Mohakabbik Nirman" at the seminar.

Producer Habibur Rahman Khan, one of the producers of Titash Ekti Nodir Naam, and Dr. Jakir Hossen Raju of Independent University joined the seminar as discussants.
