RAJSHAHI, Nov 5, 2025 (BSS) - Rajshahi University (RU) has attained significant success in QS World University Rankings: Asia 2026.

In the current year's ranking, the university clinched the 312th position, which is eight steps forward compared to the previous year's 320th position.

On November 4 last, the QS World University Ranking Authority published the list reflecting the university's continuous research, academic improvement and internationalization, RU sources said. 

RU Vice-chancellor Professor Saleh Hassan Naquib said the success is the integrated efforts of teachers, students and researchers.

"We are pledged to ensure international standard education and research in the days to come," he said, adding the achievement will expedite the progress of the university. 

He also termed the position elevation as recognition of the university's gradual capacity improvement.
