BNP's Abdul Awal Mintoo unofficially elected in Feni-3

DHAKA, Feb 13, 2026 (BSS) - Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) candidate Abdul Awal Mintoo has been unofficially elected from the Feni-3 constituency in the 13th National Parliamentary Election, securing 1,57,425 votes.

According to the unofficially announced results, his closest rival, Mohammad Fakhruddin of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami received 1, 08,160 votes.

In the same constituency, a total of 1, 61,321 'yes' votes were cast, while 1,00,014 voters cast 'no' votes.

The information was disclosed during a formal briefing at the Referendum and Thirteenth National Parliamentary Election 2026 Results Collection and Presentation Center of the Election Commission, held at the Agargaon Election Building in the capital.
