DHAKA, Feb 23, 2026 (BSS) - The Ministry of Youth and Sports will provide sports education scholarships and national sports allowances to sportspersons and their families for FY 2025-26.

The decision was taken by the National Krirashebi Kalyan Foundation under the ministry.

Under the initiative, meritorious sports students will receive scholarships, while insolvent, sick, injured and disabled sportspersons and their family members will get allowances.

Online applications have been invited and must be submitted by 11:59 pm on March 7, through sports-edu.online.info.bd and sports-allowance.online.info.bd after registration using mobile numbers, a handout said.
