DHAKA, July 1, 2026 (BSS)- BNP Standing Committee member and Prime Minister's Adviser Nazrul Islam Khan has been admitted to Evercare Hospital in the city.

For his quick recovery, the party and his family have sought  nation's prayers, said BNP Media Cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan. 

Shayrul said, Nazrul Islam Khan returned to Dhaka from Singapore on June 25. Later, on June 30, he has been  admitted to Evercare Hospital.

Member of Parliament Advocate Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas went to see him at the hospital this morning. Shayrul Kabir Khan was also with him at the time. He informed that Shimul Biswas spoke with the doctors.

Following doctors' advice, well-wishers have been requested not to meet with him for the time being, said Shayrul Kabir Khan.
