RAJSHAHI, June 30, 2026 (BSS) - A climate camp titled "Innovative Challenges in Renewable Energy, Tackling the Impacts of Climate Change, and Building a Sustainable Future" was held at Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET) today.

As part of the event, selected teams showcased cutting-edge eco-friendly prototypes, research posters and hardware projects focusing on air pollution
control and renewable energy development at the university's Innovation Hub.

The event featured expert evaluations of the proposed solutions, discussions on their future potential, and the announcement of the winning teams. It was
chaired by Head Adviser and Head of the EEE Department, Dr Md Masud Rana.

Highlighting the objective of the event, speakers said the initiative would help Bangladesh achieve its renewable energy targets.

In this regard, the youth-led academic engineering community will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual green technology designs into
scalable, real-world climate solutions.
