DHAKA, May 20, 2025 (BSS) - Fact-checking body "Rumor Scanner" in an 
investigation found that a photo of different incidents in China is being 
circulated claiming to be the image of Tarique Rahman, acting chairman of 
Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).

In a report published on its website on Monday, said the photo of police 
torture of a young man named Cai Xiangdong in Henan Province, China in 2002 
is being circulated as Tarique Rahman's photo.
